I’ve been really impressed by Ultra Bee Honey Balm and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It has incredible skin-healing powers and if your skin is in a pretty bad state you won’t regret buying it. In this review, I will tell you all about it and share with you my experience and how it helped my dermatitis.

Ultra Bee All in One Honey Balm Ingredients

What really attracted me to this balm is its ingredients. In its ingredients’ list, I couldn’t find anything that I normally avoid, such as parabens, mineral oils and artificial fragrance. What’s more, the balm is 100% free from artificial chemicals so it’s completely natural.

Here are the main ingredients and their properties:

• Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil – it has moisturising properties and it’s high in vitamin E
• 100% Natural Cera Alba (Beeswax) – it helps to protect your skin from drying out by locking in moisture
• Honey, Propolis and Pollen – these are bee ingredients with antibacterial and skin-healing properties
• Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil – hydrating
• Hydrogenated Avocado (Butter) Oil – moisturising, rich in vitamins

Who is Ultra Bee Honey Balm suitable for?

Ultra Bee Honey Balm is suitable for all ages (from 6 weeks) and all skin types and is especially beneficial for those who suffer from dry skin and various skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

This balm does not contain any essential oils at all which makes it suitable for the most sensitive skin.

How to use

A little goes a long way so keep this in mind when using the product. Simply take a small amount and massage gently into the skin to help the product absorb into the skin. Use it as part of your daily skincare regime and apply to areas which require more attention such as rough skin, dry patches, sore nose, heels and elbows. You can even use it on your lips if you like.

If you have a skin condition such as dermatitis, apply this balm to the affected area more often (as often as you can from my experience) as this will really help your skin improve.

MY REVIEW AND RESULTS

When I bought Ultra Bee Honey Balm (after seeing an advert on Facebook) I was desperate. I had terrible dermatitis on my hand, and I had tried many different creams and balms but nothing has worked. It was driving me crazy! My skin was incredibly itchy and it was looking very rough and sore. In some places, it was even bleeding a little bit. I would try anything to get my skin better. Just see the picture below in what state it was.

After reading lots of positive reviews about the Ultra Bee brand I decided to try their Honey Balm and as soon as it arrived I started using it. Straight away I noticed that it really helped to relieve my itching and after only a few days I had already noticed an improvement in the condition of my skin. It didn’t look that rough anymore and it was already healing! I was instantly impressed and amazed at how quickly it started working. Just see the picture below which shows the progress after a few days.

I continued using the balm in weeks to come and slowly my skin was getting back to normal. I still had some dermatitis but it was almost gone. After another month or so my hand looked normal again with no more itchiness. So I stopped applying the balm.

However, I did have a few mild episodes of dermatitis outbreak again after that but that was quickly sorted out with the balm.

When it comes to dermatitis on my hand, this is an issue I’ve had for years. It comes and goes, sometimes it’s really mild, sometimes it’s really bad. But it was never as bad before as when I first started using Ultra Bee Honey Balm. This is truly a miracle balm that works like a charm. I could not recommend it highly enough if you have similar skin issues.

Now, you may want to know whether there are any negatives about this product. I would just say the balm is quite rich and greasy and doesn’t absorb that quickly but I guess you shouldn’t apply too much at once to make it quicker to absorb.

Another negative I wanted to mention is the jar – it’s plastic, not glass which it’s not the best but maybe in the future the brand will change their jars to glass (although this will for sure mean an increase in price).

What’s the difference between the Ultra Bee Exeskin Balm and Honey Balm?

The All in One Honey Balm is very similar to the Ultra Bee Exeskin Balm which is another balm that the brand offers. What’s the difference, you may ask.

At first, I was slightly confused about these two products. They both looked the same to me in terms of ingredients but there was a difference as I learnt.

The Ultra Bee Exeskin Balm contains tea tree essential oil while the All in One Honey Balm does not. Both products can be used to treat dry skin conditions but if you can tolerate essential oils well then you should go for the Exeskin Balm, otherwise choose the Honey Balm which is more suited to the most sensitive skin. They both work for various skin concerns as reviewed by several happy customers.

THE FINAL VERDICT

All in all, Ultra Bee products are well worth buying since they truly do work. I like that they are 100% natural with nothing artificial in them.

In terms of price, one jar costs less than £20 for 100ml which is not expensive for a natural product like this. The jar will last you for a long time so it is a good value for money in my opinion.

The products are unfortunately not certified organic and the brand doesn’t use glass jars but if they would focus on these two aspects, then the price would go up so I am happy to accept them as they are.
